Be sure to take in the Milwaukee Press Club’s display of historic signatures at the Newsroom Pub, 137 E. Wells Street in Milwaukee. The collection has been recently updated to include the most recent Sacred Cat honoree, Megan Twohey.
The club’s collection of more than 1,200 signatures dates back to 1898 and includes key figures in journalism, entertainment, culture, sports and politics. To see our entire signature collection list click here.
The Newsroom Pub will be open from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Sat., Sept. 22, and Sun., Sept. 23, sponsored by Historic Milwaukee. Press Club leaders will be on hand to greet visitors, answer questions and give informal tours.
