Salud! The National Association of Hispanic Journalists Wisconsin Chapter wants to get to know you and for you to learn more about them! The Milwaukee Press Club and NAHJ Wisconsin Chapter are hosting a weekend happy hour at the Newsroom Pub (137 E. Wells) on April 22 at 1 p.m.
Think of this as a casual Saturday event to chat, share some drinks and great conversation on a beautiful spring Milwaukee afternoon.
As the Latino population in Wisconsin continues to grow and change, NAHJ Wisconsin Chapter a vehicle for great story telling and a resource for people to come to with questions.
NAHJ members are in most newsrooms in Milwaukee in both print and TV, but each have their own story on how they got into journalism and how they keep their culture vibrant in Wisconsin.
