MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee Press Club will present a Newsmaker Luncheon on Thursday, September 29, 2016, featuring Chief of the Milwaukee Police Department, Edward A. Flynn.

The public is invited to attend the event from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at the Newsroom Pub in downtown Milwaukee at 137 E. Wells St.

Flynn, who has been Milwaukee’s chief of police since 2008, was reappointed to a third four-year term earlier this year. Flynn is the city’s longest serving chief since the tenure of Harold Breier, who served 20 years before leaving in 1984.

Flynn will be interviewed by a panel of Milwaukee journalists and also will take questions from the audience.
