MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee Press Club and the Rotary Club of Milwaukee will present a post-election Newsmaker Luncheon on Tuesday, November 18th, at 11:45a.m. Program 12 noon to 1:15 p.m. in Memorial Hall at the War Memorial Center, 750 N. Lincoln Memorial Drive downtown. Parking is available to the north of the building – please tell the attendant you are there for Rotary.
The conversation, which will focus on the driving factors of the Nov. 4 election and the aftermath of the results, will be moderated by David Haynes, editorial page editor the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Haynes will ask questions and seek analysis from Charles Franklin, pollster at the Marquette University Law School, and Craig Gilbert, Washington correspondent for the Journal Sentinel.
Members of both the Milwaukee Rotary Club and Milwaukee Press Club are invited to attend.
The Milwaukee Press Club’s Newsmaker Series is sponsored by Journal Communications and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
The Milwaukee Press Club presents the Newsmaker series to shed light on topical issues. The cost to attend is $18 for MPC members and $23 for non-members. Lunch is included. Registration deadline is Friday, November 14th. Advanced registration and payment are required and may be done by booking below. Checks may be mailed to the MPC at PO Box 176, North Prairie, WI 53153-0176. Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
