Join the Milwaukee Press Club in Celebrating Milwaukee’s 179th Birthday!
Join the Milwaukee Press Club as we toast to Milwaukee’s 179th Birthday with more than 400 community and business leaders on Thursday, January 30 from 5:30-8 pm at The Grain Exchange. This year’s party theme, Game On, a tribute to the incredible sporting events and achievements that make 2025 a banner year for our city.
Event admission includes gourmet food stations by Bartolotta Catering, complimentary beer and birthday cake. Cash bar.
*Metered parking is available in the lot across the street on Michigan and Broadway.

RSVP by Friday, January 24 by booking below. Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
Tickets: $40/person – advanced and $50/person – at the door
Note: ADVANCED REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT IS REQUIRED. If payment is not received by January 20 the registration will be cancelled. Walk-ins based on availability.

Support journalistic excellence in Milwaukee and throughout Wisconsin and become part of the oldest continuously operating press club in the country, founded in 1885. The Press Club also supports the MPC Endowment Ltd., which awards annual journalism scholarships to students and provides grants to journalism programs.
