MMAC President Dale Kooyenga to Headline Newsmaker Luncheon

Join us for a Newsmaker Luncheon with Dale Kooyenga, president of the Milwaukee Metropolitan Association of Commerce.
Kooyenga joined the MMAC in January in a newly-created position as senior vice president. He served 12 years in the Wisconsin Legislature, including eight years in the Assembly in the 14th district and four years in the State Senate in the 5th district before deciding in 2022 not to seek re-election. A Republican who represented Brookfield and other suburbs west of Milwaukee, he also is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve.
Kooyenga is a certified public accountant who previously served as CFO for Stonehouse Water Technologies, LLC in Milwaukee’s Global Water Center and held accounting positions at several other firms including as a senior manager – CPA for KPMG.
Kooyenga will take questions from a panel of journalists and from the audience at the luncheon, to be moderated by Milwaukee Press Club President Maryann Lazarski, series/documentary producer for Milwaukee PBS.

The luncheon is set for 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Newsroom Pub, 137 E. Wells St. in Milwaukee.

The cost to attend is $25 for MPC members, $30 for non-members and $20 for students. Lunch is included. Seating is limited. Advanced registration and payment are required and may be done by booking below. Checks may be mailed to the MPC at PO Box 176, North Prairie, WI 53153-0176. Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
